Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy To confirm your coaching session, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your session and is refundable unless the session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit or to apply it to a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, or failure to attend (no-shows), will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Payment The full session payment is due at the start of your appointment. If payment is not received, the session will not proceed. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be canceled and considered a no-show. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited. Conduct & Behavior All coaching sessions are to be conducted in a safe, respectful, and professional environment. To maintain this: Use of profanity, inappropriate language, or offensive comments will result in the immediate termination of the session. Clients must keep their video on for the duration of the session. Appropriate attire is required. What constitutes appropriate dress is at the sole discretion of the coach. The coach reserves the right to end the session immediately if conduct or appearance is deemed inappropriate. The full session fee will still be due in such cases. Privacy & Confidentiality To protect the privacy and integrity of the coaching relationship: No recording, screen capturing, or screenshots of the session are allowed without prior written consent. Violation of this policy will result in the termination of the session and possible discontinuation of future services.
